Educational Disclaimer

  • Testing Boost does not guarantee exam success, scores, rankings, admissions, certifications, or job placements.

Refunds & Cancellations

Testing Boost operates on a prepaid credit-based system.
All purchases, including credits, test attempts, and subscriptions, are final and non-refundable.
Once credits are added to an account, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or converted into cash, whether used or unused.
In the event of a verified technical error caused by the Testing Boost system, equivalent credit points will be reissued under our points-based system.
No refunds apply for user-side issues, accidental purchases, non-usage, or misunderstanding of platform features.
By making a purchase, users explicitly agree to this No Refund / No Cancellation policy.
Points Usage
Testing Boost uses a points-based system. Users purchase points in advance, which act as platform currency to access and attempt tests.
Each test requires a specific number of points, and the point cost may vary from test to test based on content and structure.
Points are deducted at the time a test attempt is initiated.

Prohibited Use

  • Users must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.
  • Any attempt to manipulate results, misuse systems, or disrupt services is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Third-Party Links

  • Testing Boost may include links to third-party websites for reference or learning purposes.
  • We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
  • Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

  • Testing Boost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from platform use.
  • This includes loss of data, exam outcomes, opportunities, income, or technical interruptions.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, software, and test materials are the intellectual property of Testing Boost.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
